METN Awarded the ISO
Middle East Trucking Networks (METN) acquired the ISO 9001:2000 on March 16th, 2009. This achievement grants our customers high level of quality and provides a focus on system performance and ongoing improvement. Moreover, it ensures desirable characteristics of services such as quality, safety, reliability, and efficiency and enables a consensus to be reached on solutions that meet both the requirements of the business and the broader needs of the market.
The process has taken almost six months from staff orientation and awareness, documents preparation, implementation according to the global quality standards, to staff training on internal auditing.
ISO 9001 certification is a critical part of METN's commitment to be a major player in local market place in the domain of trucking services.
