ICAS signs new GSSA & GHA contracts with Sudan Airways Company Ltd. in Egypt ICAS has been nominated to be the exclusive GSSA & GHA for Sudan Airways in the territory of Egypt. Sudan Airways will fly out of Cairo to Khartoum with daily wide body aircraft & a daily narrow body aircraft & three cargo flights weekly.   ICAS signs new GSSA contract with Watanyia Airways in Jordan ICAS also has been nominated to be the exclusive GSSA for Wataniya Airways in the territory of Jordan. Kuwait's new premium service airline will fly with daily Airbus 320 KWI/AMM/KWI.  In Kuwait, Wataniya Airways operates from Sheikh Saad Terminal, delivering unprecedented levels of exclusivity, convenience, and efficiency on the ground to all its guests. ICAS CAI awarded the “Most Improved Utilization” from Delta Cargo for year 2009. This was a result of continuous follow up to best utilize the aircraft space same as all cargo that moved through interline agreements.

Appointment of Orient Shipping Ltd as agents of Adria Levant Line (ALL) Orient Shipping Ltd. concluded an agreement with the managing agent of the Beirut based Adria Levant Line SAL, under which Orient will represent their liner agency interests at Egyptian ports with immediate effect. The Line intends to include Alexandria Old Port (ACT Terminal) in its regular schedule from Ravenna to the East Med, with the following port rotation Ravenna – Beirut – Mersin – Alexandria – Ravenna. The first port of call is intended with the m/s BISANZIO ets Ravenna 06/April and ets Mersin 15/April and eta Alexandria 18/April – returning to Ravenna from Alexandria. For Egypt, we have the following cargo canvassing opportunities: Import: from Ravenna and Mersin Export: to Ravenna Cargo target for Egypt is minimum 50 TEU full discharge from Ravenna / Mersin and 50 TEU full loading to Ravenna per sailing.
